What is Hopetoun House Sessions?

Hopetoun House Sessions is a 2 day celebration of electronic music, featuring takeovers from FISHER and Boiler Room.

Where is Hopetoun House Sessions?

A picturesque country manor Hopetoun House, located in South Queensferry  EH30 9RW, on the outskirts of Edinurgh.

Is the event indoor or outdoor?

Hopetoun House Sessions is an outdoor event.

What time does the event run?

Doors open at 12pm on Saturday and 2pm on Sunday

Last entry is 5pm each day

How old do I need to be to attend?

This event is strictly over 18s, valid photographic ID will be require to gain entry to the site. Accepted forms of ID are listed below:

  • Drivers Licence
  • Provisional Licence
  • Passport

If you arrive without a valid photographic ID you will not be able to gain entry into the site.

Can I bring a bag with me?

Yes, small bags are allowed into the event. Bags must be smaller than A4 and all bags will be thoroughly searched upon arrival.

Can I bring my own Alcohol onsite?

NO. Please do not bring any alcohol with you – we have several bars onsite.

Is there a cloak room?

Yes, there will be a cloakroom onsite. You can find it on the site map!

Can you leave and re-enter the site?

No you can re-enter the event. This is to help ensure the safety of all customers.

Lost and Found

Any lost or found property should be taken to or collected from our info point. Any Lost property not collected at the end of the event will be handed over to Police Scotland the week following the event. 

The more information and detail you can provide the more likely we are to locate your item. We WILL get back to you – we receive a high volume of requests so please bear with us in the days following the festival. Thank you for your patience.

Is the site wheelchair friendly?

Yes the  site is wheelchair accessible.

Will there be viewing platforms?

Yes, there will be accessible viewing platforms. For any specific requirements please email Contact@TerminalV.co.uk and we can assist you.

Does the bar have a lowered serving section?

Yes, the bar will be accessible and have a lower serving section.

I have a question about my ticket?

For all ticket and order enquiries please contact the ticket outlet you purchased from. 

You may be asked to provide your order number and email address associated with your account.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable unless of event cancellation or postponement.

Are Personal Assistant tickets available?

Can I Transfer or Sell My Ticket To Someone?

Transfer:

If you can no longer attend and need to transfer your ticket to a friend, please contact the ticket outlet you purchased from. They may be able to assist in changing the name on the ticket. Please note, you can only request this if you are the person who purchased the ticket(s). If you made a group booking, the purchaser is the lead ticket holder and this may be the only name that shows on the ticket(s). 

Sell:

We always advise against selling to, or buying tickets from people you do not know due to the high amount of ticket fraud that we see. If you are selling your ticket(s), please only do so to a friend and follow the transfer process above.
